About the Talking to #LeadHers series

​​​​Talking to #LeadHers is a podcast series featuring inspirational founders from the CMS equIP programme and aims to extend the conversation around female entrepreneurship.

In each episode we focus on the actions that we can each take to drive change and promote diversity.

The #LeadHers campaign was established back in April 2019, in response to findings that, compared with male counterparts, female entrepreneurs face additional challenges when founding start-ups.
